Insurance
  • What kind of provider is Mental Jog Therapeutic Services, LLC?
Mental Jog Therapeutic Services, LLC is an out of network provider. Your counseling services may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, medical spending or health care savings accounts.
  • What does an out of network provider mean?
This means we do not bill insurance companies directly. After paying us directly, you will get a receipt at the end of the month which you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement IF you have out of network benefits OR if you'd like what you paid us to count towards your deductible.
  • The following is a list of questions to ask your provider for possible reimbursement for out-of-network coverage
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network mental health provider? How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider? What is the coverage amount per therapy session? What is my deductible and has it been met?
